Ars Fennica – Henna and Pertti Niemistö Art Foundation was founded in 1990, and has awarded the major Ars Fennica art award almost every year since. The Foundation exists to encourage and promote the visual arts and to create international relations.
We were given the opportunity to design the visual appearance for the art award and prize publications. We recently also updated the Foundation’s visual identity. This was done appropriately, with the art to the fore, using a sophisticated typography matched by powerful visuals.
